The first restaurant I knocked off of my #15in15Eats list was Grapeseed - A new-ish restaurant in the Macklind District. I had salmon nachos (the special) and shared a bottle of Thomas Goss wine with friends. I cannot wait to go back for a second visit! Those salmon nachos- swoon! The interior was also right up my alley..there was exposed brick, rehabbed wood tables, a community table, modern lighting and bar top window seats. This is the sort of space I love to dine in. Go now!
If you live in St. Louis and have yet to explore the gems in the Macklind District, you need to do so immediately- You won't regret it.
