Zoodles!
I'm rather behind with my May recipe seeing as how it is now the end of June, so forgive me for that. Regardless, this was my new recipe for May- Zoodles + Turkey& Kale Meatballs.
For the meatballs, I just kind of winged it.
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh kale
1 egg
1 pound ground turkey
Spice blend of choice
Directions:
Roll them into meatballs and bake them at about 350 for about 20 minutes or so.
As for the Zoodles, this was my first time using my Veggetti device. I loved it. The vegetable noodles cook down a lot, so I recommend ramping up the portions there.
