#CookWithMothers

Dec 2, 2015

I recently tried out a new recipe & entered the #CookWithMothers contest. I didn't win but I had fun with this beer infused recipe. If you like spicy dishes, you'll love this!

Chili Hops Cheese Dip

Ingredients ::
1 poblano pepper
1 chiptole chili in adobo sauce
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper to season
1 cup Lil' Helper IPA

Instructions ::
1. Place the poblano pepper on a cooking sheet and broil in oven until both sides are blackened
2. Add poblano pepper and remaining ingredients into food processor until smooth.
3. Pour into baking dish and bake on 350 until bubbly (20 minutes)
4. Garnish and serve. (I garnished with mozzarella cheese and sliced peppers for an extra kick)

Serve and sip IPA.

    1. It was! I'm sure you could edit it to make it more mild too, pretty spicy!
