5 Things To Try This Month -- July

Jul 7, 2016

Another month & another list of things to try. Each month I gather a list of 5 things to do -- This list typically includes places/events for St. Louis locals to try, general DIYs, adventure ideas and maybe a new read. If you're new to these lists, you can catch past ones here.

1. Create a summer reading list
Here's mine! What books are you wanting to read? Narrow down a manageable list!

2. Head to a county fair
Local options -- Lincoln County // St. Charles County -- I'll likely be attending at least one night of both of these.

3. Tap your toes at the O'Fallon Jammin Concert series
I've been wanting to check out this free series. It's every Tuesday night from 6:30 - 9:00 PM!

4. Host a lemonade party
Provide ample amounts of lemonade + champagne & vodka. Then have guests bring different infusions (fruit, herbs, etc) and mix and match all your options for a fun afternoon party. Pair your sips with some charcuterie and cheeses and call it a day!

5. Embrace peach season
Head to a festival {Kirkwood Peach Festival} or grab some from a local market -- then make a new dish! --butter // caprese salad //  bread //sangria

  1. Great idea for July. The lemonade sounds really good and I love peaches! A reading list is always a must. I love county fairs - best junk food ever!

    1. Glad you liked the ideas! Let me know if you make any of it happen. I could really go for a funnel cake right now. :)
