Growing up in Silex I now realize that I took my surroundings for granted. Now that I have lived in St. Louis for 5 years I see my hometown through new eyes and love when I get a weekend in the country. This is a barn I pass in my hometown all the time and I finally stopped to capture it's beauty.
Does anyone else always consider their hometown "home"? I know I sure do!

My hometown will forever be "home" to me. I guess your hometown will be a close second for me!
