A friend posted this article on my Facebook wall a while back- A granddaughter let her grandma style her for a week and re-capped it. My cousin saw this on my wall and commented by saying she wanted me to dress her for a week. She then took it a step further and texted me to say she was ready for a Tuesday outfit. So, we decided to style Tuesday - Friday

Style Project :: Dressing my cousin for a week
My cousin was on break from college so we talked about her varied schedule before creating outfits.

Tuesday :: Lunch with a friend + errands
I had been wanting to try wearing a lightweight hoodie under a leather jacket myself, and have recently pinned some outfits to re-create. So, I suggested this combo for her. Edgy, yet casual for her agenda.
Her comment on the outfit :: "You're turning me into a hipster, rebel person. I wouldn't have thought to pair the gray hoodie with this. I needed an excuse to wear these pants. I don't think I would have thought of this for a day time outfit, but I like it."

Wednesday :: Lounging at the house + errands

Her comment on the outfit :: "I like this hat with the plaid scarf. Very comfy and functional for my day."

Thursday :: Lunch + Hair Appointment
I have been wanting to layer long lace or silky type tops under sweaters lately. I've been working on some combos and suggested it to her.
Her comment on the outfit ::"Why do I have to wear two tops? I have some that already look this way in one." and later, "I got so many compliments on my look!"

Friday :: Lunch
She had just bought this hat so I knew I wanted to work it in and I new she had new wine colored pants she has been wanting to wear. So, I decided they were musts.
Her comment on the outfit :: "This one is my favorite!"

We had a lot of fun with this. We would facetime to plan and then I enjoyed getting the text each day with the picture of her outfit and feedback on what she thought and how it was received.
