New in the Lou v.2

Feb 9, 2016

I love supporting local and checking out new spots in my city - restaurants, breweries, shops, or events. As you would expect, the New in the Lou series is one to showcase new or coming soon spots in St. Louis.

Featuring :: Companion West Campus

This spot opened last Tuesday to the public. (They moved their baking facility there late in 2015 and now have the cafe component up and running).
When I moved to this area, one thing I noticed was the lack of coffee shops or brunch spots. This Companion location fills that void in a very impactful way. I've already been twice in the past week and will definitely be a regular.

The Companion cafes have a pretty vast menu {see it here}I've dined at their Clayton cafe location a few times for lunch and am always pleasantly pleased with the pricing, offerings and quality. So far at the West campus I've had iced lattes (brewing Kaldis) and a new donut!

If you're local to St. Louis, you should definitely visit this location. They will have cooking classes starting this Spring too -- hello date/girls night!
