Transitioning your closet to Fall -- shopping + purging

Summer is winding down (sadly!) and the time has come for me to re-asses my closet. I've been purging and posting items on Poshmark (I've sold 55 items already this year!) and looking at what my needs are for the coming season. I bought these Toms booties & this top (in the red floral, wearing it here) recently on sale at Nordstrom & know I know both will get a lot of wear this Fall. Below are some pieces that would work for now and also later this Fall + Winter. What items are you purging or adding right now?
