A short & sweet re-introduction.

I posted this introduction on my instagram page today, and thought it would be a fun one to share here too --

Hey folks! I’m Jess &that’s my husband, Danny. 

I rarely do introductions in this space, but would like to be better at them in 2020. 

So here’s a quick peek at the behind the scenes of Roots Out West :: 

We live on a 53 acre farm in rural, Missouri. The most special things we raise here are our 5 month old twin baby girls. We are still new to this parenthood thing, but one thing we know, is that a sense of humor is a must have - especially as twin parents. We find ourselves laughing through the circu\s that is our new norm. Here on our farm we also raise a herd of cattle, our sheep, Millie, and three blue heelers. We hope to add chickens to the mix this Spring too! 

Here at the farm it seems like life can be just a bit more simple. 

Like the clock ticks a bit slower. 

A life of front porch rockin, gravel road livin, and open pasture scenes. 

I mostly share life’s little moments. The things I want to remember. 

I’m passionate about living within your means and taking pride in what you have - whether it’s Pinterest worthy or not. While we aren’t in a fancy, forever home. We are in one that offers us a lot, one that is cozy, one where we often host + gather. 

So, there’s a quick bit about what’s behind ROW.
