Aldi Shopped Dinner, Under $25

Jul 11, 2021

I have been wanting to try this One Pan Baked Italian Chicken and Vegetable recipe. It’s a perfect Summer recipe because you can use your garden harvest or fresh produce from your local farmers market to complete this meal. The fresh produce needed for the entrée is zucchini, grape tomatoes, & fresh basil. Another win, all the items you need for this dish can be found at Aldi. So, I decided to pair it with some of our other Aldi favorite sides! You can buy everything you need for under $25, and even if you add the wine pairing you only add $4.99 to your grocery total. One pan, a new recipe to use up your garden zucchini & you can find all the affordable items at Aldi! WIN. WIN. WIN.

Let’s get into the details!
