Entryway Debate

Here's my current home decor debate -- my home is an older ranch and doesn't have a dedicated entryway, so I'm deciding if I want to go with an entry table or a bench look for the space. I could use additional lighting sources in the living room, so I think the table (with lamps) makes more sense but I feel like the bench is a fun vibe to add to the room.

DeleteI love the look of both! But, I find having a spot to sit near the front door is always so nice. Plus, it encourages you to minimize clutter -- a table just begs you to let mail, bags, etc... pile up. One idea is to look at thrift stores and vintage shops for low, narrow coffee tables that could achieve the look with a few throw pillows.
